What’s included in San Carlo’s Graduation Menu?
The San Carlo Graduation Menu is priced at £35 per person at participating restaurants, including San Carlo Liverpool.
The meal begins with bread and olives for the table, followed by a choice of antipasti, main courses and desserts.
For starters, guests can choose from dishes including arancini, calamari fritti, insalata tricolore, costine di maiale orientale or cocktail di gamberetti.
Main courses include a selection of handmade pasta, seafood and meat dishes. Highlights include mafaldine con ragù di manzo, a short wavy pasta served with slow-cooked beef ragù, branzino San Carlo, a grilled fillet of sea bass with gremolata dressing, suprema di pollo principessa, salmone prosecco and gamberetti, or a ribeye steak, available for a £7 supplement.
To finish, guests can choose from classic San Carlo desserts including tiramisu, homemade gelato or panna cotta amarena.
Add a celebratory drink
For those who want to start the meal with a toast, San Carlo is offering a glass of Prosecco on arrival for £5 per person.
Guests dining from the Graduation Menu can also order a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for £60, giving families and groups the chance to add a little extra sparkle to the celebration.
