Reception is located on the ground floor. Staff are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you during your stay. Behind the desk, you’ll find a variety of fun, quirky items available to buy. Our personal favourite was the Paddington themed line. You’ll also find Gino D’Acampo’s stylish restaurant and bar on this floor, a popular choice for both guests and locals.
Currently, the first floor is home to a colourful neon exhibition, adding another layer of creativity and vibrancy to the hotel’s atmosphere. It’s a great photo opportunity and a fun surprise for guests exploring the space.

Rooms at INNSiDE Liverpool are spacious, well presented, and incredibly modern, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day in the city. Think sleek lines, calming neutral tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Many rooms boast spectacular views over the River Mersey or the city skyline.
During our stay, our room was located on the 10th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning and included the newly built stadium — a perfect backdrop for the football fans. While standard amenities come included, a variety of additional facilities are available for a small extra cost, giving guests the flexibility to tailor their stay.
Breakfast at the hotel is another highlight. Served buffet-style, it includes a generous selection of both hot and cold options. There’s something for everyone—from cooked favourites to lighter choices like fresh fruit, cereals, and fancy pastries. We definitely recommend the muffins—they were fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.
A practical bonus is the hotel’s partnership with a nearby NCP car park. If requested at reception, guests can receive a discounted rate, which means you can park for less and enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from your vehicle.
