Two fantastic menus have been created and brought to life by Andy Fry. If you’re popping in for a drink whilst passing by the Baltic Triangle, Alpine Liverpool’s bar menu is just for you. It offers a range of items, including new additions such as the Swiss cheeseburgers and tempting truffle fries. Yum!

We tried the four course party menu, which costs £30 per person. This includes a delicious soup followed by either a cheese fondue or cured meat platter to start.

We tried the meat platter which was served with gherkins, pickled onions and chutney. There are also three main courses to choose from: beef bourguignon, chicken schnitzel and vegetable cassoulet. The beef bourguignon was our favourite! All mains are served with creamy mash and roasted vegetables. The vegetables were absolutely delicious!

If you have any room left for pudding, there are two tempting choices – swiss roll or double chocolate brownie. The double chocolate brownie is so rich: it’s wonderful to end the menu.
As well as the food menus, Alpine provides a variety of alcoholic beverages, including mulled wine and their unique ‘ski shots’. This is exactly what it says on the tin – shots from a ski! Dare to give it a try?
