Available from Monday 13 July to Monday 27 July 2026, the graduation menu gives students, families and friends the chance to celebrate in one of Liverpool city centre’s most elegant dining rooms.

Three courses: £51.95
Each menu includes a complimentary glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvée or the alcohol-free Wild Idol Sparkling Wine, making it a fitting way to toast the graduate’s next chapter.
What’s on the menu?
The graduation menu includes a choice of starters, mains and desserts, with light summer dishes, seafood, vegetarian options and classic Ivy touches.
Starters include tempura prawns with citrus mayo and sesame seeds, tomato, watermelon and plant-based cheese, and tricolore salad with plant-based cream.
For mains, guests can choose dishes such as chopped chicken and avocado salad with bacon, beetroot, mango, cucumber, tomato, gem lettuce and herb vinaigrette, chargrilled tuna with avocado and tomato, or halloumi with pea, broccoli, spiced herb yoghurt and super seeds.
There is also a premium aged Teys sirloin steak available with a supplement.
Desserts include strawberry savarin with Chantilly cream or vanilla ice cream with whipped honey and coffee.
Sides are available separately, including triple-cooked chips, garden peas, tenderstem broccoli, baby gem lettuce and heirloom tomatoes.
