Sustainably wrapped brown boxes and gift bags will be placed around the city, near to significant landmarks, labeled with the ‘Spoil Your Mum’ campaign can be found by anyone looking to treat their mum, grandmother or carer. The question is, are you lucky enough to find one.

How to Find a Free Mother’s Day Chester Gift

Starting from Monday the 16th of March 2020, gifts will be hidden around Chester. To find a gift bag or gift box, you’ll need to follow CH1ChesterBID’s social media channels. They will be reporting on the locations of the free Mother’s Day gifts on social media so make sure to keep an eye out on their social media profiles for a chance to find one.

High-street favourites and locally loved stores including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Penhaligons, The Violet Palm, Watergate Street Gallery and L’Occitane are all donating gifts with mothers in mind, from toiletries to trinkets, flowers and chocolates.

There will also be several dining out gifts including Afternoon Tea vouchers for The Tea Press at Debenhams, Bottomless Fizz lunch for two at Veeno and even a £40 voucher to spend at pizzeria Dough Dough.
