Last week we teamed up with Love Yourself who sent us a full day of calorie-controlled fresh meals for two. Since we cut out meat and fish a couple of months ago, we were excited to try the 100% vegetarian option that Love Yourself carefully designed to be delicious, fresh, and filling. The plan includes breakfast, a morning snack, a fresh lunch, an afternoon snack, an evening meal, and evening a cheesecake for dessert.
For meals that need to be heated up, all you need to do is pop them into the microwave for a couple of minutes. Everything else is ready to enjoy, which is super convenient since we’re always so busy during the week, and never usually have the time to cook.
