For Liverpool foodies, 2020 is about to be the year of fine-dining and concepts to kill, as Six by Nico Liverpool launches their second menu, New York. From street food trucks, late-night hot dog stands with mustard and all the trimmings, to family-run pizzerias, it goes without saying that New York City’s food scene is one of the best in the world.
Indulge this January and enjoy Six by Nico’s exceptional New York City six course tasting menu. This fabulous new concept will include beef burger doughnuts, tomato ketchup, Swiss cheese, American mustard, along with eggs Benedict, smoked ham hough terrine, brown butter Hollandaise.
The brand new menu will also include Quail eggs, Little Italy Spatzle, black truffle, chestnut mushroom, Hazelnut & Parmesan pesto, clam & cod chowder, barbecue leeks, lemon gel and roasted corn.
Dine on smoked flat iron steak, Jerusalem artichoke, lovage emulsion, brisket croquette and don’t forget to take a bite into the Big Apple itself. New York cheesecake, apple compote and roasted Hazelnuts.
