The History of Panoramic 34 Liverpool
West Tower
Rising 140 meters (40 stories) above Liverpool’s skyline, West Tower proudly holds the title of Liverpool’s tallest building and ranks as the 45th tallest in the entire United Kingdom. Offering breathtaking views that stretch from the cityscape to Merseyside, and even as far as North Wales and Blackpool Tower, this architectural marvel was conceived in 2005 and completed by the Beetham Organisation. Originally intended as a residence with luxury apartments and office spaces, it wasn’t until the final stages of construction that Beetham’s CEO, Hugh Frost, envisioned a restaurant on the 34th floor.

In 2008, Panoramic 34 welcomed its first guests under the ownership of Hugh Frost and the capable management of Sarah Corcoran, Hugh’s sister-in-law. The restaurant aimed to match its awe-inspiring views with exceptional cuisine. In 2011, Hugh handed the reins over to his wife, Cathy. Now with over 14 years in operation, Panoramic 34 is delighted to welcome more guests each and every day.
