Being the home of the curly blow, Liverpool doesn’t disappoint when it comes to perfectly groomed eyebrows, big bouncy curls and long curly lashes and with the launch of amazing new salon, Scarlet Belle, you can get your glam on in style. The salon boasts pedicure thrones, flower walls and even, Dolly Daydreams a little girls pamper room complete with mini dressing gowns and we were lucky enough to be invited down to their launch to see the finished salon in all of its glory.
After a super quick in-office transformation, we arrived at Scarlet Belle to be greeted by a movie premier-esque red carpet complete with photographers, Prosecco and personalised cupcakes and after a super quick photo opportunity, we were ushered inside to enjoy the party – after such a warm welcome, we couldn’t wait to see what the night would have in store. There’s no denying that Scarlet Belle’s interior has the wow factor. Gleaming white from every angle with huge, perfectly placed flower arrangements, plush suede and velvet furniture and gold ‘SB’ lettering placed carefully around, written in the most perfect caligraphy. Movie-style fold out chairs are placed in front of beautiful, crystalised mirrors – and even the toilet ceiling is adorned with the most detailed of floristry.
To celebrate the long awaited launch of Scarlet Belle, we weren’t only treated to pink gin and Prosecco but a whole host of delicious canapes including burgers, onion Bhagis and fish Goujons with mushy peas – after a few Prosecco’s – this was the absolute dream! For dessert were gorgeous baby pink Macaroons and Scarlet Belle’s very own cupcakes, topped with layers of delicious pink buttercream. The salon wasn’t short on entertainment either, with an electric guitarist getting the crowd into the party mood and an after party in the gorgeous Liberte. The event was also a celebrity-packed affair with stars of corrie, Towie and even Atomic Kitten out in full force to join the celebrations.
