Liverpool is set to be part of Viking’s Guinness World Record attempt, the world’s longest-ever continuous passenger cruise.
Setting sail on the 1st September from Greenwich, Viking will be attempting to sail continously for 245 days. With an epic journey ahead, spanning six continents, 51 countries and 111 ports, this is the perfect adventure of a lifetime. The Viking Sun will travel around the globe, bringing guests to some of the world’s most legendary cities, iconic landmarks and far-flung destinations before returning to London in May 2020.

The first leg of the cruise will feature UK destinations such as Dover, Dublin, Holyhead,Belfast, Edinburgh and of course, Liverpool, before exploring Scandinavia, the Caribbean and destinations throughout South America. The Viking Sun will then continue its journey along the coast of Australia and throughout Asia before heading back to Europe.
