Holstein Friesian beef tartare, smoked oyster with parsley and turnip. Priced at £14 this starter was mouth-watering. Each bite complimenting the red wine. Just one of the beautifully presented starters available to enjoy at The Barn at Moor Hall in Liverpool.
Poached Yorkshire rhubarb, ginger set cream and blood orange. WOW. This was a vibrant mix of seasonal ingredients, the ginger cutting through the sweetness of the Yorkshire rhubarb, and the citrus burst of the blood orange. A wonderful and refreshing end to the meal.
