If there’s anything you’re going to celebrate for a whole entire month, let’s face it, it’s gonna be pizza. Much to our delight, one of Liverpool’s best known authentic Italian eateries, Trattoria 51, has taken National Pizza Month to a whole new level, by turning Old Hall Street into the ultimate pizza party and giving out FREE slices of the good stuff EVERY Friday for the month of October – and you’d be a fool to miss out.
The pizza will be given out at 12pm every Friday outside the restaurant for the rest of the month and a few lucky people will be able to live their best life on a Friday afternoon, by munching away for free.
General Manager and Co-Owner of Trattoria 51 Toni Karemanaj said: “As Italians, we love pizza and National Pizza Month is the perfect excuse for us to share that love with our neighbours and visitors alike. Our creative kitchen team has devised perfectly-portioned versions of our most popular pizza varieties such the infamous Pizza 51 which includes delicious toppings such as Baby Mozzarella, Speck Ham, Cherry Tomatoes, Rocket and Parmesan Shavings.
“As an exclusive once-a-week lunchtime treat, our friendly staff will be out and about giving away our individual-sized takeaway pizzas on Old Hall Street and the best part is, there is no purchase necessary – simply turn up for a chance to get your hands on one of our authentic Italian culinary creations. Whether you are visiting the city or are working close by, come and get a ‘pizza the action’ and start your Friday celebrations with Trattoria 51.”
Trattoria 51’s selection of pizzas includes the Pescatora (Prawns, Mussels, Tuna, Anchovies, Calamari, Cherry Tomatoes, Parsley and Lemon Zest), 4 Stagioni (Ham, Mushroom, Pepperoni and Artichokes) and Chorizo & Zola (Chorizo Sausage & Gorgonzola Cheese) to name a few.
Toni added: “We really value our city centre community and this is a great way to give something back to everyone who has supported us over the years. We’re also excited to introduce our food to some new faces who we hope will become regular customers.
