From Thursday the 22nd of February, Santa Maluco on Castle Street will be joining forces with much loved independent Bold Street Coffee to provide a unique and delicious collaboration.
Bold Street Coffee who were forced to close their doors due to maintenance issues have established a new working relationship with the creators of Liverpool’s most delicious Rodizio style pizza, Santa Maluco.
Founder of Bold Street Coffee, Sam Tawil has known Graffi Spirits Group founders, Matt Farrell and John Ennis for many years. Sam hopes that this exciting new collaboration with be a long-term venture and will offer a unique venue for brunch, coffee, pizza and cocktails.
Sam said “Over the past three years Liverpudlians have seen a real shift in the independent shops and restaurant culture. Where there was a lack of them in previous years, now the city is starting to thrive with standalone venues, with this collaboration demonstrating perfectly how independent businesses in Liverpool continue to support and work together, helping to evolve the ever-changing hospitality industry.”
Bold Street Coffee favourites will now be available from Santa Maluco on Castle Street from 7:30am to 3:30pm during the week, and from 8:30am and 3:30pm over the weekend, offering guests a diverse brunch menu. After 3:30pm Santa Maluco will swing back into action serving up their most famous Rodizio style pizza and a creative drinks menu to go with it.
From Egg Buoys to Smashes Avocado and Chilli on Toast, the brand new menu will offer something for everyone. So why not head down to Santa Maluco for brunch this weekend and try one of Bold Street Coffee’s signature blends ,with a round of scrambled eggs and smashed avocado. We know you’re tempted!
