Unlock Liverpool were invited to experience what the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool has got in store for Christmas 2017 and we can’t wait to tell you! A stunning theme of fire and ice transforms the Titanic Hotel this December as they welcome guests to celebrate Christmas in style at their beautiful dockside location.
We were treated to a sumptuous three-course gala dinner with live entertainment including a death defying display for fire breathing along with live music. For those celebrating Christmas at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, you can expect to be welcome with a red carpet arrival, enjoying pre-dinner drinks in the sophisticated Rum Warehouse before making your way into the dining room for a three-course festive meal.
Executive chef, Bradley Lean has created a traditional British Christmas menu using only the finest quality and locally-sourced ingredients. Starting with either split pea and ham soup or rich and creamy goat’s cheese and pear salad with red wine and ginger, you can really kick start your Christmas celebrations in style this year. We tasted the goat’s cheese and pear starter, which was absolutely delicious. Then, a spectacular live fire breathing performance took us by surprise.
After the incredible performance our mains arrived and we had to go traditional, with a roast turkey, stuffed with sage and apricot, fondant potatoes and glazed root vegetables. Pulling Christmas crackers, we could almost kid ourselves that it was the middle of December, with festive decorations and a beautifully presented dining table. Dessert was truly the cherry on the top of the cake, with an ever so indulgent Bailey’s and white chocolate cheesecake and a strong cup of coffee.
